Green Turtleneck: Zara | Jeggings: Zara | Mid-Calf Booties: AMI Clubwear | Watch: Daniel Wellington
Cheers to a happy Easter Sunday! Some of my fondest memories as a kid revolve around Easter weekend with the family. My favorite part? The Easter egg hunts. And to celebrate the joy of hidden discoveries, I’m bringing to you a hidden gem I discovered a couple months ago – this Zara green turtleneck sweater.
It’s no secret that I gravitate toward colors that are rich and vibrant. I find those pieces need no further embellishments to create a statement. Your eyes can’t help but be drawn in. That was exactly the case with this sweater. Simplistic in design and yet so appealing to the eye.
It was while browsing the Zara website that I caught sight of this piece. Immediately sold, I added it to my cart along with the jeggings featured in this look. Before I knew it, I had a whole outfit headed my way!
Again, it was the color that initially drew me in but secondary to that it was the sleeves that I really love. Those tiny gold buttons, the tiny slit, and the overall length of the sleeves are perfection. And just look at how my Daniel Wellington Classic Black Sheffield pops against the rich forest green!
Paired with the jeggings, this look balances right on the fine line between being comfortable and chic. The sweater is no longer sold in green but you find this sweater in grey here and you can check here for a similar pair of jeggings in black. Closing out the look, I went with my AMI Clubwear mid-calf booties (currently sold out online but you can visit the website to be notified of when it comes back in stock). Overall I couldn’t be more in love with this look. Dark enough in color to remind me of cold days in winter but light enough in material for Spring.
What’s your favorite part of todays look?
