It’s back to school shopping time! Isn’t it weird when we are in school, we can’t wait to get out and once we’re out, we miss school?! I graduated from university in 2014 and I have missed it so much! I ask myself why I rushed to finish and regret not enjoying the moment. If any of you are still in school, especially K-12 and/or college, take my advice and appreciate where you are in life. My shopping was always done in stores but with online shopping, does anyone go into stores anymore? I put together some of the pieces that I would purchase if I were still in school. I chose student budget friendly pieces that are easy to style as multiple outfits.
Do you guys have any school memories that make you smile? Let me know in the comments!
Valentine’s Day is almost here; the day for expressing how much you love your significant other or anyone of your choice (if you’re single). My significant other, Kamal and I never plan anything spectacular for Valentine’s Day. I just booked the Ritz Carlton hotel for a mini getaway/spa day. I’m always ready for a massage! I won’t be getting any gifts this year because I excused him from all gifts this year. Instead, I asked for something quite expensive at the beginning of this year and so I told him that he didn’t have to get me anything for any of the other celebrations! Nonetheless, I can’t help but fall in love with some pieces that I had to share with you guys. Here is my guide including 10 gifts for Valentine’s Day:
Kamal and I love to go on mini vacations. We both work a ton and sometimes it gets tough to hang out and plan activities together. The best way for us to enjoy our time together is by taking short vacations. This past week, we planned a mini Calistoga getaway. If you follow me on Instagram you’ve probably already gotten a sneak peek of the trip.
