I’m not much of a shopper. That may be due to my lack of patience but quite honestly I enjoy the idea adding new pieces to my wardrobe. I thought it wouldn’t be so bad to go shopping and see if anything caught my eye. Harleen and I planned a lunch and shopping date. The best place in San Jose for food and shopping is Santana Row/Valley Fair. We ate at the Cheesecake Factory and I ordered my favorite, Spicy Chicken Chipotle Pasta. I prefer to order it mild and substitute the chicken with broccoli. Of course we saved room for dessert. We got a gigantic piece of chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream, one of my absolute favorite desserts!
We started our trip to do some shopping but found the perfect spot to snap a few photos. There is nothing more pleasing then a great backdrop and awesome lighting!
These sandals are from Dolce Vita that I purchased about a year ago from Nordstrom and they are amazing! The neon green sole spoke to me and I wanted them right away. You can find similar ones here, here, here, and here. I have no idea where this bag came from. I have had it for over 10 years and coincidentally it paired perfectly with the sandals. Match made in heaven!
I went natural for my make up. If you want to see how to creat this look, check it out on my YouTube.
This is the perfect dress for summer. I bought one and then my mom picked up the same one and now we have matching dresses. I love the colors and the paisley designs. The drawstring at the waist gives a perfect shape. I couldn’t find the same dress online but here are a few similar ones: here, here, here, here, and here.
