Honestly, I can find any reason to go to LA. I absolutely love Los Angeles! My significant other and I have been swamped with work and the summer was quite busy for the both of us. We thought it would be the best time to head to LA for a mini trip and check out Harry Potter World at Universal Studios. I put together quick and simple outfits for my trip and wanted to pack light since we decided to fly this time. One of my favorite outfits was my beachwear for LA from Tobi.
It’s quite easy to miss some of our posts on Instagram so why not put a post together for ya’ll! Here is my latest compilation from Instagram. Check us out if you haven’t already at @My_Eunoia!
We all love social media, especially Pinterest for inspiration. I love browsing on Pinterest. I get inspired immensely. I start looking at treehouses and end up at lace bra tops. Here is my recent collection of favorites. Check out our Pinterest to make sure you are following the rest of the boards!
Did you know that I love to travel? Regardless if I find a new way home or travel to the other side of the world, I love to explore. The hidden gem in the middle of no where: San Luis Obispo. On Valentine’s Day weekend, my ‘big’ and my ‘little’ from Pepperdine met me half way in San Luis Obispo. Before these two gals became my ‘big’ and ‘little’, they were just my friends and even after college, we have so much love for one another. Whenever I drove down to Los Angeles, I would stop in San Luis Obispo for a coffee break and discovered this beautiful city. We stayed in downtown for lunch at Luna Red and then headed towards the country side and found a gorgeous hiking spot! Of course we didn’t hike, we just took pictures = )
During the weekend of February 5th I took a 4-day mini vacation with my boyfriend, Kamal. I was crazy booked with brides for Valentine’s day so we thought it would be a great idea to take a break a weekend in advance. We drove 8 hours to San Diego to visit cousins and then came up to LA for one day. I also got a chance to catch up with my Malibu girls and grab brunch with them!
San Diego was all in all a blast! I loved spending time with cousins and seeing their new home which is super gorgeous. What I loved most about going to San Diego was finally being able to spend time with Kamal’s cousins and getting to know them better. We had delicious food everyday except for one night when we ended up going to a Mexican drive thru and the food was well below par. We told ourselves that we would never go there again!
Kamal and I stayed the Westin Bonaventure hotel in Downtown Los Angeles. We took a day to simply relax and watch movies. I have this odd infatuation with staying in hotel rooms only if they have a view. If you look close enough on the first picture, the white blur on the hill is actually the Hollywood sign!
