Hey guys! First of all, I can’t believe it’s been so long since I’ve written a blog post. The month of March was absolutely crazy because of my sister’s wedding. We decided to do a destination wedding in Puerto Vallarta and Indian weddings go on for days. I needed to take an entire week off from my day job which meant that I needed to make up for those hours on different days. Nonetheless, I made it through and now it’s time to get back on the blog! I wanted to share with you guys my favorite distressed denim styles.
I’m not a huge fan of denim, but when I do wear them, I almost always prefer distressed jeans. I wanted to share with you guys my favorite distressed denim styles on the blog today.
It feels like just yesterday that I zipped my suitcase shut and was heading to the airport. But in the blink of eye an entire month has gone by since I’ve been in India. Yes, it’s been a month – even I’m still having a hard time believing it! It’s been a bittersweet return (hello jetlag) where I am happy to be back but I miss my home there. I’ve got an exciting post coming up with photographs and stories of my adventures in India so stay tuned! With Spring just around the corner, the weather has been warming up here and for today’s post I’m sharing a blue neutrals look perfect for Spring.
I took a few days off from any work and I still feel like I don’t need to be doing any work. But those who know me best know that I’m addicted to working! I had to plan my sister’s bridal shower this weekend and execute the event on Sunday. It was slightly stressful because I always want everything to be perfect, but it turned out to be amazing! I will be sharing some photos on my Instagram soon. Speaking of Instagram, I also wanted to update you guys on my recent posts. This first photo I posted on Valentine’s Day. My cousin took this photo of my significant other and I while we were walking to Disneyland!
Happy Wednesday Ya’ll! Hope everyone is having a great week so far. I got to do a ton of planning on Monday and Tuesday. I finally went back to the gym yesterday after 2 months! The last 2 months have been super crazy with my new job and I haven’t had time much time for anything else. Harleen is gone to India for a few weeks so it’s just me on the blog this month! Since I’ve been so busy, it’s been difficult to style my hair every day and whenever that happens, I turn to my hats. A fedora is perfect because it’s not too casual and can still be worn for more formal events. Here are my top favorites:
Valentine’s Day is almost here; the day for expressing how much you love your significant other or anyone of your choice (if you’re single). My significant other, Kamal and I never plan anything spectacular for Valentine’s Day. I just booked the Ritz Carlton hotel for a mini getaway/spa day. I’m always ready for a massage! I won’t be getting any gifts this year because I excused him from all gifts this year. Instead, I asked for something quite expensive at the beginning of this year and so I told him that he didn’t have to get me anything for any of the other celebrations! Nonetheless, I can’t help but fall in love with some pieces that I had to share with you guys. Here is my guide including 10 gifts for Valentine’s Day:
